Students can learn effective exercise methods and appropriate exercise programs through weight training, and understand the principles of weight training in terms of reducing body fat, building stronger and healthier bodies, delivering anti-aging benefits, strengthening of the skeletal structure, and developing the body in a more balanced way at the weight training room. Students can also improve their awareness of the forms of muscular contraction or the characteristics of the skeletal and muscular structure of the human body.
